The Shah Mosque, also known as Imam Mosque or Masjid-e Imam, is a historical mosque located in the city of Isfahan, Iran. It was built during the Safavid dynasty in the early 17th century, and it is considered to be one of the most beautiful mosques in the world.

The mosque was commissioned by Shah Abbas I, who was the fifth Safavid king. It was designed by the architect Shaykh Bahai, who was also responsible for the design of the famous Naqsh-e Jahan Square, which is located adjacent to the mosque.

The Shah Mosque is an excellent example of Persian Islamic architecture, and it features a number of impressive features, including a large central courtyard, soaring minarets, and intricate tilework. The mosque's facade is covered in blue and gold tiles, which create a stunning visual effect when viewed from a distance.

Inside the mosque, there is a large prayer hall, which is supported by a forest of columns that are decorated with elaborate floral and geometric patterns. The walls and ceilings are also covered in intricate tilework, which features a variety of different colors and designs.
