Here at RI we want to meet our customers expectations as if they were ours. This means that any issue caused from our side will be fully refunded. Such as issues with quality or shipping. If we made a mistake send us an email with your information and a description of the issue.  We will get back to you as soon as possible. Do keep in mind that as a small clothing company we are using print on demand services which means that shipping times will take a bit longer.
